Fintan Bannon, Legal Director, Asset Management
Fintan Bannon is Legal Director at M&G Investments, a role he took on in 2023. He leads the delivery of legal advice across the Asset Management business, ensuring legal risk and regulatory developments are fully considered in strategic decision‑making.
His team works closely with Investment, Product and Operations colleagues to support growth initiatives including new product development, regional expansion and acquisitions. Fintan joined M&G in 2017 as Legal Counsel and progressed through senior roles, including Deputy Legal Director. Prior to joining M&G, he spent six years at Prudential, advising on product, regulatory and corporate matters.
