Philip Jelfs, Global Head of Product, Asset Management
Philip Jelfs is Global Head of Product at M&G Investments, a role he took on in 2025. Reporting to Joseph Pinto, he brings extensive experience in product strategy, governance and fund development and is passionate about supporting M&G’s international growth.
With almost two decades at M&G, Phil has held a number of senior leadership roles across the business, including board positions for regulated entities in the UK and Luxembourg. Throughout his career, he’s played a central role in shaping M&G’s product offering, drawing on deep expertise across the full product development lifecycle and the global investment fund landscape.
