Ann Leepile

Ann Leepile, CEO, M&G Investments Southern Africa

Ann Leepile joined M&G Investments Southern Africa in February 2025 as Chief Executive Officer, reporting to Joseph Pinto. She brings more than 22 years’ experience in the investment industry and oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the business in South Africa and Namibia.

Ann is responsible for driving growth in line with Ambition 2030, with a focus on doubling assets under management and strengthening the business as a strategic distribution partner within M&G’s global asset management network. Before joining M&G, she was Chief Executive Officer of AlexForbes Investments and previously served as Managing Director of Absa Asset Management, alongside other senior leadership roles across investment management and portfolio solutions.
