Emmanuel Deblanc

Emmanuel Deblanc, Chief Investment Officer, Private Markets

Emmanuel Deblanc joined M&G Investments in March 2024 and is Chief Investment Officer for Private Markets, reporting to Joseph Pinto. He oversees M&G’s private markets platform, spanning private and structured finance, real estate, infrastructure, impact and private equity, with a primary focus on Europe and a growing footprint in Asia.

Emmanuel brings more than 25 years’ experience in private markets and alternative investments. He joined from Allianz Global Investors, where he was Head of Private Markets and built the firm’s private debt franchise. Previously, he spent nine years at BNP Paribas, co‑heading Debt Advisory and Financing and working on major European infrastructure and energy transactions.
