Louise McMahon, HR Director, Asset Management
Louise McMahon is HR Director for M&G Investments, responsible for shaping and delivering the Asset Management people strategy to support business growth and organisational effectiveness. She assumed the role in October 2022 after joining M&G in 2020 as Head of HR for Investments.
Louise brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience in financial services, with deep expertise in talent management, organisational transformation and employee relations across global teams. Prior to joining M&G, she was Head of HR for the UK at GAM and spent 18 years at AXA Investment Managers in a range of senior HR leadership roles.
