The easiest way to get the latest fund performance figures is by visiting our Fund Centre, searching for your fund and viewing the performance section. For a selected number of funds, monthly commentaries are also available.
Instead of scrolling through the full fund list each time, you can create a watchlist for quick access. Just click the star in the ‘Watchlist’ column next to the funds you want to track. On your next visit, click ‘Watchlist’ at the top of the page to view them instantly.
You can also log in to My Account at any time of the day for an online account valuation, rather than waiting for your next statement to see the value of your investment.

Statements reflect your account as of a specific valuation date. If you’ve made transactions (an investment) after that date, they won’t appear until your next statement. Instead of waiting until your statement to see the value of your investment, why not log in to My Account for 24/7 access to your transaction history and online valuation. Alternatively, contact our Customer Relations team on 0800 390 390 if you believe something is missing or there is an error in your statement.
Your investment statement is a personalised summary of your account, showing fund values and transactions. The Value Assessment is a broader report that evaluates how well our funds deliver value to all investors, based on factors like performance, service and costs.
Visit our Annual Value Assessment page for more information and to view the latest report.
If your current valuation is shown as a zero balance, this is likely because you have moved your investments from M&G to myM&G (our online investment service) within the statement review period. Please be assured this valuation does not reflect the value of your M&G investment on myM&G. We have a regulatory requirement to send you a statement for any transactions within the review period; however, you can log into myM&G to view your most up-to-date valuation.
You can amend the amount or regularity of your contributions by calling our Customer Relations team on 0800 390 390. If you invest through The M&G Savings Plan, The M&G ISA or The M&G Junior ISA, you can also amend your Direct Debit instruction by completing and returning the relevant form from the Literature Centre.
