MyM&G is our fully online service for non-advised customers, offering lower costs. Invest with us primarily online, keep in touch by email and secure messaging, and get support whenever you need it through our online chat service. Ongoing charges for our funds will be lower as you have access to the lower charging R Share Class.
My Account is for existing advised and non-advised M&G customers who like the convenience of managing their investments online but still prefer investing and receiving communications by phone or by post. And if you need any support, our investment team are at the end of the phone.
